We caught up with new SISU coach Jeremy Hecker and asked some important questions on skiing and coaching. After racing at Andover High School, Jeremy competed for the College of St. Scholastica from 2010-2013. He qualified for the NCAA Championships twice, recording the college’s best finish of 11th in 2013. He has previously worked in Canmore, Alberta and is excited to return to the Twin Cities ski scene. While the winter of 2013 is still upon us, we are already planning for next year.  Off season training is fun and when skiers get fast!  A few highlights to check out:

The 2013-2014 adult programming is finalized.  The SISU adult programs are for any Nordic skier – beginner to advanced – who has an interest in improving their ski technique and fitness in a supportive environment with a group of like minded skiers.  A full schedule of camps, events and programs are prepared for another great year.
