Interested in finding a new summer activity to say in shape…or to get into shape?!?!?! Or are you and avid skier looking to join a group of like minded folks?  Join us Saturday May 22 from 9-11am at Battle Creek Park in St. Paul.  Learn how to pole hike, as well as some basic principals of getting into shape in the summer….makes winter skiing a lot easier!!  Meet some new friends to workout with too!

Additionally, ever wondered what SISU has to offer, what it’s ski programs are all about, or if it was for you?  Well, here is your chance to find out.  Whether you are a prospective junior interested in the summer programs, or a master skier looking to find a group to ski with (and learn with, and have lots of fun).

Bring the entire family….as there will also be a kids “Fun Outdoor Adventure” for ages 4+ led by one of our club members (who happens to be a pediatrician).  You workout and learn, they have fun outside too!!
