The 2nd Annual Garrott Kuzzy Twin Cities Training Camp Weekend (Fri July 22- Sunday July 24th) is back by popular demand!  A fun filled weekend of training hard, learning lots, and having fun.  Garrott K, Birkie Camp Matt Liebsch and the coaching staff are prepared to help fine tune citizen racers, get novice skiers moving, inspire and educate the high school racers, or provide outdoor fun for the young kids.  Roller skis, a question/answer/presentation from the 2010 Olympics, training info, picnics, an OD ski with Matt, hikes, soccer games, video sessions, lactates, strength classes with GreenBody…come as much or as little as you want. Saturday, check out a demo from FastWax of a new product that allows you to apply Fluro and NOT  burn your base (guaranteed)!!!
